They enjoy running the cafe, holding special events regularly featuring live music and art openings with art works created by their talented baristas and other local artists. Their baristas are a dedicated group that are continually learning the intricacies of coffee and coffee preparation.

All of their coffees are roasted onsite at their cafe located in downtown Saugatuck. They roast carefully, in small batches, ensuring that they bring out the best in each coffee. Their coffees are globally sourced and organic and fair trade whenever possible. They offer many varietals and are always searching for the best the growers have available. Their roasters, like their baristas and bakers, are constantly learning in order to bring their customer the best product they can.
