Canoe the Kalamazoo!

The Kalamazoo River is normally rated class 1, there is no white water. This makes for a canoe outing anyone can enjoy, novice or expert. It allows for a leisurely ride on a mild current that courses approximately 14 miles through the Allegan State Forest and hundreds of acres of wildlife refuge.

Canoeing and kayaking rates vary, but prices begin at $25.  Trips are 3 or 5 hours.  Reservations are recommended.  Trips start at 9am and leave on the  hour until 3pm, 7 days a week.
